Spanish Speaking Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians will work one-On-One with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). This involves using evidence-Based techniques to teach essential skills and reduce interfering behaviors.

Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism, possess patience and compassion, and be able to work well in a team, while also being physically capable of demanding movements and lifting up to 50 pounds. Applicants must be 18+, have a high school diploma or ged, pass a background check, and obtain necessary certifications, with bilingual spanish proficiency being mandatory.
