Behavior technicians are responsible for implementing behavioral plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) and collecting data to monitor treatment plan progress and effectiveness. They also support the bcba by training families on plan implementation and maintaining clear communication with all relevant parties.

Requirements summary

Candidates must possess current/Active rbt certification and access to reliable transportation, along with a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (Asd) is preferred, but not required.
