Advanced Behavior Technician

This role involves providing intensive 1

1 therapy, supporting the clinical team with training and data collection, and maintaining knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles. Responsibilities also include substituting for therapists, assisting with staff training, conducting integrity checks, and managing therapists during support staff shifts.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, preferably hold a college degree, and have a minimum of one year of experience as a registered behavior technician (Rbt). Essential qualifications include implementing skill acquisition programs, accurate data collection, knowledge of behavior functions, and demonstrating leadership and excellent time management skills.
