Aba trainer

Aba trainers serve as frontline instructors, teaching students aged 3-22 with autism or related disorders in 1:1 and small group settings using evidence-Based practices like discrete trial instruction. Their primary goal is to increase independent functioning and academic skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Qualified applicants must possess a high school diploma and demonstrate a desire to learn, accept feedback, maintain excellent attendance, and work collaboratively. Experience with older students or a degree in a related field is preferred.
