Behavior technician i

Behavior technicians assist in maintaining school safety by responding to behavior events and working collaboratively with school personnel under the direction of administrators and behavior analysts. They support students through positive programming, maintain necessary documentation of behavior events, and assist teaching staff with curriculum mastery.

Candidates must have a high school diploma and two years of related experience, with a bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Applicants must be eligible for the connecticut 'v' endorsement and must complete rbt certification within 10 months of hire.
