Practical Nursing Instructor (Full-Time or Part-Time)

The instructor will teach the full course curriculum, develop necessary materials like outlines and exams, and supervise students during their scheduled clinical experiences. Responsibilities also include providing individual student evaluations, counseling, maintaining accurate records, and participating in student recruitment and placement efforts.

Candidates must possess a minimum of an associate degree in nursing, hold a current tennessee registered nurse license, and have at least three years of recent hospital and/Or nursing home experience. A bachelor of science in nursing (Bsn) is preferred, and previous teaching experience is considered a plus.
