Autism Support Professional-Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The rbt will implement behavior intervention plans designed by bcbas by providing one-On-One aba therapy focused on skill acquisition and behavior reduction for children with autism. Responsibilities also include accurately recording data, implementing behavior management techniques, and collaborating with the therapy team.

Candidates must hold a current registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification or obtain one within 30 days of hire, along with a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Essential qualities include excellent communication, patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children with autism.
