Core responsibilities
The case manager will provide individual and group counseling, support, and activities addressing daily living skills, recreation, and socialization for families. Responsibilities also include participating in treatment plan development, comprehensive assessments, discharge planning, and maintaining clinical documentation.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a master's degree (Ma, ms, msw) in social work, psychology, or a related field, or be actively enrolled in such a program. All positions require a valid driver’s license in good standing and successful completion of a pre-Employment drug screening.
