Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The board certified behavior analyst will observe consumers, collect data, create behavior plans, and conduct training for new employees on behavior management implementation. Responsibilities also include weekly plan reviews, being available for crisis consultation, and attending various treatment and committee meetings.

Candidates must possess a bcba certification and experience in applied behavior management, specifically working with individuals with mental illness/Intellectual developmental disabilities (Mi/Idd). A valid driver's license is required for all positions, along with cooperation during inspections and investigations.
