Behavior Technician - Children's Residential

Responsibilities include utilizing clinical strategies of positive behavior support and applied behavioral analysis, as well as training staff in intervention strategies and modifying staff behavior for effective management. The role also involves implementing strategies for various consumer issues and collecting data from behavioral incidents.

Candidates need a high school diploma with three years of experience with the behavioral health population or lived experience, or an associate's degree with one year of experience, or a preferred bachelor's degree in a related field. All positions require a valid driver's license and passing a pre-Employment drug screening.
