Core responsibilities
The case manager is responsible for providing individual and group counseling, support, and activities addressing daily living skills, recreation, and socialization for children ages 3-5. This role also involves participating in the development and updating of treatment plans, comprehensive assessments, discharge plans, and maintaining clinical documentation.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree (Ba, bs, bsw) in social work, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution. A minimum of one year of experience working with youth in a mental health capacity is required, along with a valid driver’s license and passing a pre-Employment drug screening.
