Part-Time BCBA/LABA

Key responsibilities include designing care plans based on individual strengths and needs, and supporting caregivers through compassionate coaching. The role also involves shaping meaningful outcomes using evidence-Based practice and mentoring aba staff.

Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience as a bcba/Laba and should be a clinician who believes goals should serve the person and that aba should evolve. A strong teammate valuing transparency, honesty, and compassion is required.
