ABA Therapist/Skills Trainer

Responsibilities include assisting individuals with personal care needs, skill training, and ensuring their daily needs and goals outlined in support plans are met while maintaining safety. The role requires implementing positive behavior support plans, collecting relevant data, and completing timely session notes documenting all rendered services.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and ideally have three years of experience in human services, including prior work with children and individuals with complex behavioral needs or diagnoses like autism spectrum disorder and intellectual disabilities. A valid driver's license, use of a personal vehicle, and commitment to community inclusion are mandatory.
