Registered Behavior Technician

The registered behavior technician is responsible for implementing individualized treatment objectives and behavior support plans designed by the supervising bcba/Bcaba, while maintaining high professional standards and ethical compliance. Key duties include consistent session attendance, accurate data collection and reporting, completing required documentation, and assisting clients with personal care needs including water safety instruction.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and must maintain active registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification in good standing with the bacb throughout employment. Additional requirements include passing background checks, demonstrating competency in behavioral crisis safety training, and the physical ability to prompt or assist clients up to 60lbs.
