Children's Specialist - Evening Hours

The children's specialist is responsible for providing attentive, high-Quality, trauma-Informed daily care for children aged birth through six, including feeding, hygiene, and engagement in age-Appropriate activities. This role also involves monitoring health, implementing positive behavior management, and collaborating with families during intakes and discharges.

Candidates must possess a genuine passion for the organization's mission, a strong understanding of child development, and excellent communication skills to manage multiple tasks calmly in emergencies. The position requires frequent physical activity, including lifting and carrying children and equipment up to 40 pounds.
