Behavioral Technician - Willing to Train

The technician will work one-On-One with clients in their homes to implement behavioral plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst and collect data to monitor treatment progress. They will also support the bcba by training families on implementing these individualized treatment plans.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and possess a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Prior experience working with children or individuals with behavioral challenges or developmental delays is preferred, along with reliable personal transportation.
