Employment Counselor

The employment counselor provides individualized vocational support to adults with disabilities, focusing on career exploration, job readiness skill development, securing competitive integrated employment, and ensuring long-Term job success. Key duties involve conducting vocational assessments, developing employment plans, providing job coaching, monitoring progress, and maintaining all required documentation.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma plus two years of experience in human services or education, although a bachelor's degree in human services, education, or psychology is preferred. A valid driver's license is required, along with the ability to lift 30lbs and stand for periods of time, and flexibility to work nights and weekends.
