Behavioral Technician - Willing to Train

The technician will work one-On-One with clients in their homes to implement behavioral plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) and collect data to monitor progress. They must also support the bcba by training families on implementing these individualized treatment plans.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and possess a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work independently and in a team setting. Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental delays or behavioral challenges is preferred, along with reliable personal transportation.
