Direct Support Professional/Caregivers

Direct support professionals provide hands-On care to individuals with autism and other intellectual and developmental disabilities, assisting with daily living activities like bathing, feeding, and medication administration to help them live independently. Responsibilities also include maintaining a caring home environment through housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, accompanying residents on outings, and accurately documenting progress.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged, a valid driver's license with a clean record for at least 3 years, and reliable transportation to the assigned location. Applicants must also be able to pass background checks, physical exams, tb tests, drug tests, and be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
