Core responsibilities
The licensed behavior consultant implements cassp principles, provides behavior consultation services, and collaborates with the treatment team to develop goals and interventions, including writing assessments and support plans. This role involves conducting team meetings, monitoring outcomes, and providing skill transfer to parents and caregivers while clinically advising behavioral health technicians.
Requirements summary
Candidates must hold a master’s degree or higher in a human service-Related field and possess an active pennsylvania license (Bsl, lpc, lsw, or lcsw). A minimum of one year of experience providing direct mental health services to children and youth is required, with experience working with children with developmental disabilities being preferred.
