Direct Support Professional/Caregivers

Direct support professionals provide hands-On care to adults and children with autism and other intellectual and developmental disabilities, assisting with daily living activities like bathing, feeding, and medication administration. They also help residents maintain their homes and accompany them on local community outings while building strong relationships and maintaining accurate progress documentation.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged, a valid driver's license with a clean record for at least three years, and reliable transportation to the assigned location. Applicants must also be able to pass background checks, physical exams, tb tests, drug tests, and be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
