Residential Assistant

Responsibilities include supervising, organizing, and supporting recreational and socialization activities for clients while actively leading the milieu staff through structured routines. Staff must also engage with youth based on behavioral intervention plans, maintain a safe environment, and document positive behaviors.

A minimum requirement is a high school diploma and three or more years of experience working with youth in a group or behavioral setting. A bachelor's degree in a related social service field like psychology is preferred, along with a valid driver's license.
