Direct Support Professional (Residential Assistant)

Residential assistants are expected to provide positive support, caring assistance, and responsible supervision to residents aged 6-13 with behavioral challenges. Duties involve participating in the therapeutic treatment team, understanding resident goals, carrying out interventions, and documenting success.

Candidates must have either three years of direct care experience in a behavioral health agency with a high school diploma, or one year of direct care experience with a bachelor's degree. A valid driver's license is also required for this position.
