Core responsibilities
This role coordinates and manages training programs, professional practice initiatives, and student placements for clinical staff and nursing students, while also overseeing specialized training like cpr/Als/Pals and cpi programs. The coordinator acts as the primary liaison between the hospital, external contractors, and academic institutions to support educational and onboarding programs.
Requirements summary
Candidates need an associate’s degree or a minimum of two years of relevant administrative or project coordination experience in healthcare, with a bachelor's degree preferred. A minimum of one year in project/Program coordination, preferably in healthcare, is required, along with cpr instructor certification within one year and preferred leadership/Lean methodology experience.
