Summer Camp One-to-One Counselor/Aide

The counselor provides direct supervision and individualized support to an assigned camper with specialized needs to ensure safe participation in all camp activities. This role also involves supporting the planning and implementation of inclusive, age-Appropriate activities and collaborating with staff to address participation barriers.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with one year of college preferred. A minimum of one year of related experience working with youth, especially those with special needs in educational or camp settings, is required.
