- Overview Palliative Care Physician Hackensack Meridian Health Raritan Bay Medical Center Perth Amboy & Old Bridge, New Jersey Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a dedicated, board-certified/eligible Palliative Medicine Physician to join our successful and expanding program in the southern New Jersey region.
- This is a 100% clinical role focused on providing exceptional, patient-centered care in both inpatient and ambulatory settings.
- You will join a thriving, multidisciplinary team—including a full-time nurse practitioner, social worker, and chaplain—to deliver comprehensive pain and symptom management.

Requirements
Board-certified or board-eligible in Palliative Medicine with fellowship training OR 2+ years of experience in the HPM field. A team-oriented physician with the ability to manage emotionally challenging situations and provide personalized patient and family support. Must hold or be eligible for a current NJ Medical License, DEA, and CDS.
