coach

A coach is responsible for helping each student athlete achieve a high level of skill, appreciate the values of discipline and sportsmanship, and increase self-Esteem. This includes providing leadership for a successful team while professionally and ethically representing students, staff, and parents.

The preferred candidate should have experience in coaching or supervising students and must meet the qualifications set by the missouri state high school activities association (Mshsaa). The role also requires promoting both academic and athletic success for all student athletes.
