Higher Education Navigator - Early Childhood

The navigator recruits early childhood workforce members and connects them with appropriate early childhood education programs for further degrees or credentials. Core duties include planning and facilitating educational sessions, providing technical assistance for applications and financial aid, and collaborating with advisors to analyze training records.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of experience in early childhood care and education, counseling, family support, adult education, or higher education. A valid driver's license, insurance, and a reliable vehicle are also required.
