Assistant teachers are responsible for ensuring the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and company standards, while maintaining a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom environment. They must also develop skills in observing, assessing, and planning for children, and effectively communicating with families.

Candidates must love to help, engage, and learn, demonstrating a passion for working with children and inspiring them to become lifelong learners. Essential requirements include meeting state and/Or accreditation standards for education and experience, and having the physical ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
