Primary duties also involve assessing client readiness for employment, formulating interventions, and actively developing employment opportunities and necessary job skills for clients.

Requirements summary

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a behavioral/Mental field plus one year of vocational rehabilitation experience is required, or equivalent combinations of associate degrees or extensive experience providing vocational rehabilitation services. Candidates must also possess computer proficiency, maintain valid driver's license/Insurance, and obtain cpr/First aid and nci/Cpi certifications within 90 days.
