Physical Therapist - Adult & Pediatric - Streeterville DayRehab

The physical therapist will assist patients in reaching maximum physical performance while adjusting to disabilities, utilizing various therapeutic interventions. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, establishing therapy goals, formulating treatment plans, and documenting patient progress.

Candidates must have a doctoral degree from an accredited school of physical therapy and be licensed to practice in illinois. Current cpr certification is required, along with knowledge of patient growth and development across various age groups.
