Physical Therapist -Pelvic Health- Registry

The physical therapist evaluates patients' physical and functional status, establishes therapy goals, and formulates treatment plans. They also document patient progress and may participate in patient discharge planning.

Candidates must have a doctoral degree in physical therapy and be licensed to practice in illinois. Current cpr or bls certification is also required, along with interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
