Unit Specialist - Adolescents (2nd Shift)

The unit specialist actively oversees adolescent clients struggling with addiction, ensuring daily counseling sessions, case management, group, and educational activities occur in a safe environment. This role involves implementing therapeutic activities, coordinating recreation, monitoring client progress against treatment plans, and consulting with the treatment team to direct daily therapeutic operations.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and have one year of experience in addiction treatment or equivalent training, along with a valid driver's license and personal transportation. Certification as an addictions counselor (Cadc) is required or must be obtained within 24 months.
