Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

As an rbt, you will deliver one-On-One aba therapy to children and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized therapy plans. You will also document and track each child's development and guide their progress in educational and social settings.

The position requires physical capabilities such as lifting over 50 lbs and the ability to sustain impacts to the body. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are preferred, and candidates will undergo a background check and drug test upon hire.
