Entry Level Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will provide one-On-One applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy in center or home settings, focusing on building communication, social, and problem-Solving skills in children. Responsibilities also include tracking client progress using company-Issued technology and collaborating with families and supervisors.

Candidates must possess patience, empathy, strong communication skills, and sound judgment, holding a high school diploma or ged along with completion of at least one college course. Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and active car insurance are necessary, alongside a commitment to completing paid virtual registered behavior technician (Rbt) training.
