Assistant Teacher - Lehigh Children's Academy- $16.50/hour - $2,500 Sign on Bonus!

Assistant teachers are responsible for nurturing and supporting children aged six weeks to six years old by caring for their hygiene, learning, and developmental activities. This includes providing positive guidance, implementing goals, preparing lesson plans, and fostering cognitive, social, physical, and language development.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and should ideally have some experience working with young children in early childhood or special education settings. Essential requirements include the ability to interact positively with the team, schedule flexibility, and the physical capacity to lift up to 50 lbs, as standing, sitting, lifting, and walking are daily necessities.
