The family engagement coach will implement the parents as teachers (Pat) model to support early childhood development and family well-Being while facilitating play-Based learning activities. This role also involves leading activities at the family resource center, coordinating volunteers, and connecting families with essential resources.

Requirements summary

Candidates should ideally possess an associate's degree in a related human services field, or at least two years of relevant experience, along with a minimum of one year working with vulnerable children and families, particularly in contexts involving trauma or mental health. Fluency in both english and spanish is strongly preferred for this position.
