Child Care Teacher

Teachers are responsible for creating hands-On activities tailored to the interests and needs of the children and maintaining open communication with parents regarding daily milestones. They must also ensure a safe and clean classroom environment by strictly following essential procedures and guidelines.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged, and must pass required state and company background checks. Minimum education and experience requirements vary significantly, ranging from 5 years of teaching experience with willingness to obtain a cda, to various combinations involving associate's or bachelor's degrees in relevant fields and specific years of experience with children.
