Teacher's Aide

The primary responsibilities involve supervising and interacting with children to maintain a safe and inviting environment while assisting in the implementation of lesson plans directed by full-Time teachers. This role also requires ensuring positive behavior management and maintaining professional relationships with families and staff while adhering to all center policies.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and be at least 18 years old, with experience working with young children being preferred. Employment is conditional upon successfully passing all background screenings required by dss for licensed child care programs.
