Teacher's Aide

This role involves supervising and interacting with children at all times to maintain a safe and inviting environment while assisting in the implementation of developmentally appropriate curriculum under teacher guidance. Responsibilities also include teaching lesson plans as directed, ensuring positive behavior management, and maintaining professional relationships with families and staff.

A high school diploma or ged and a minimum age of 18 are required for this position, with experience working with young children being preferred. Employment is conditional upon successfully passing all background screenings mandated by dss for licensed child care programs in south dakota.
