The role also requires writing iep goals, collecting data, and participating in parent/Teacher clinics to promote skill generalization.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess an ma degree in speech language pathology along with nys certification as a teacher of the speech and hearing handicapped (Tshh) or teacher of students with speech language disabilities (Tssld) and the nys certification of clinical competency (Ccc). A minimum of six months experience applying behavior analytic principles with children with asd is also required.
