Behavior Technician (BT/RBT)

The registered behavior technician implements behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a bcba to assist individuals with autism and developmental disabilities in building essential skills. This role involves providing one-On-One therapy, accurately recording progress data, and adhering to ethical standards.

Candidates must possess an active registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification or be eligible to obtain one, along with required vaccinations and cpr certification. Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma (Associate’s or bachelor’s preferred) and experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
