Student Support Services Advisor

The advisor will provide comprehensive programming and individualized academic advising to a caseload of participants in the federally-Funded trio sss program, focusing on academic success and personal growth. Key duties include monitoring student progress, developing success plans, coordinating workshops on various topics, and managing student records using specified software for grant reporting.

Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and experience working in higher education or directly with postsecondary students, demonstrating an ability to build professional relationships. Candidates must possess knowledge of the needs of low-Income, first-Generation, and disabled students, along with effective communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
