Student Success Coach

The student success coach provides proactive and developmental interventions to at-Risk undergraduate students, helping them create personalized academic plans, set goals, and overcome challenges by sharing resources and tailoring support to individual needs. This role involves collaborating with faculty and advisors to monitor performance, coordinating success teams, intervening with support services, and potentially teaching washburn experience courses.

Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree, evidence of effective collaboration in a student success-Focused team environment, dedication to equal opportunity, and proven initiative and flexibility in a fast-Paced setting. Candidates must also possess effective interpersonal, communication, time management, organizational skills, and experience utilizing various technologies.
