The primary function is the care and instruction of after-School children under the direction of the school principal, requiring adherence to the unique catholic mission of the school in all actions and instruction. Essential duties involve assisting with supervision, maintaining a pleasant learning environment, and promoting positive student self-Direction and learning.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old and must complete fingerprint clearance and the protecting god's children class, along with passing a criminal history and background check. Required qualifications include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, organization, adaptability, and a professional bearing, with a minimum education of a high school graduate or ged.
