The program facilitator conducts various group programs for inmates/Residents, interviews and assesses participants to determine needs, and implements a wide range of program activities following standard curriculum. They plan and facilitate workshops, using various teaching methods while supervising all program activity and maintaining a conducive learning environment.

Requirements summary

A high school diploma, ged, or equivalent is required, along with sixty (60) credit hours of college coursework, although relevant experience can substitute education year-For-Year. Experience with custody and control of inmates/Residents is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is mandatory.
