Camp Joy Registered Nurse

The camp joy nurse is responsible for the health and safety of campers, including receiving and administering daily medications and serving as a health resource for staff. Responsibilities also involve performing first aid/Cpr, maintaining accurate incident logs, and conducting weekly health education sessions.

Candidates must hold current registration as a nurse under the massachusetts board of registration and be certified in first aid and cpr. Essential abilities include effective oral and written communication, interacting well with children and teens, knowledge of children with disabilities, and the capacity to participate in various activities including swimming.
