Key duties involve ensuring constant supervision of campers and maintaining a safe and enjoyable camp environment throughout all designated activities. This includes performing head counts, tracking attendance, and assisting leaders with monitoring camper medical conditions and behavior changes.

Candidates should possess a strong work ethic, dependability, and leadership skills, along with the ability to interact positively with large groups of children. Previous experience working with summer camps or out-Of-School-Time programs is preferred for junior counselors.
