Counselors will be responsible for assisting staff with overall programs by providing care and instruction to children, ensuring their safety and emotional well-being at all times. Key duties include maintaining a safe environment, assisting with recreational activities, staying motivated, and supervising games and equipment setup.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate patience, flexibility with work assignments, punctuality, and responsibility in completing assigned tasks. Strong communication skills, empathy, compassion, and the ability to problem-solve and adapt quickly are also essential requirements.

Key Responsibilities: - Maintain a safe environment inside the classroom and during outdoor activities. - Assist with all recreational and leisure activities. - Stay motivated and take initiative when needed. - Set up and maintain classroom equipment and supplies, and supervise games and free play.
