Counselor - Camp Joy Summer Program

The camp joy counselor is responsible for the daily care of one or more children, including feeding, changing diapers, moving campers between activities, and ensuring safe transportation to and from the bus. Counselors must also assist other staff, participate in all swimming activities, and assist with cleanup and record keeping as requested.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess two years of experience working with children, both with and without disabilities, along with knowledge of group activity organization. Required qualifications include current first aid & cpr certificates, the ability to participate in swimming, good judgment, and successful completion of c.o.r.i. And s.o.r.i. Background checks.
